This is the plan that I used to develop 3 individual County Champions and 12 individual top-10 finishers in just 4 years of coaching Middle School Cross Country. Better yet, as a team, we broke the County Record for lowest points scored at the County Championship, and then re-broke that record the following year...and then re-broke that record again the following year!

 

More importantly, all of these athletes went on to have great high school careers, and many of them now run in college.

 

It is my hope that this plan helps you build a strong foundation as an athlete, incorporating aspects of aerobic, anaerobic, strength, and mobility training. I can’t promise that you will break records in your upcoming season. But I know this training will enable you to have a great season and set you up to have a great future.
