There will be cancellations on days where temps are below 20 degrees or there is inclement weather.

We will not meet if school is not in session.

Experienced and knowledgeable coaching
This winter we will offer a comprehensive training program for Lionville Middle School (grades 7-8) track athletes wishing to get in shape for their spring endeavors. Come meet and be mentored by current Downingtown East runners, while being coached and trained by the Downingtown East coaching staff.

What
​
​Each session will begin with a comprehensive warmup and end with a cooldown and stretching.
​
We will have different running workouts each session that help develop speed, VO2max, lactate threshold, and aerobic capabilities.
​
We will include ancillary exercises targeting a development of coordination and muscular strength that help our athletes stay strong and injury free.
Families wishing to take advantage of this opportunity should do the following:​​
