Middle School Training Programs
These programs are great for anyone in Grades 6-8 wishing to prepare for the fall cross country or spring track season.
Workouts are age-appropriate and leave the athlete with ground to improve in their main season. Not only does this allow them to compete well at the middle school level, but it will prepare them to have a healthy transition to the high school level where they can keep improving and competing at a high level.
